After many months of production and over half a dozen low mount style manifolds produced we present to you the "REVMANI レブマニ！". An aftermarket replacement low-mount exhaust manifold to help improve engine & turbine flow along with an extremely rare and loud exhaust note.

These are a direct replacement from any other exhaust manifold including standard or aftermarket. Suits all low mount style turbo setups. We have this setup on our practice "2530 S13" and made significant more power & response to predecessor manifolds.

This steel exhaust manifold is designed and manufactured with a focus on durability and exhaust efficiency in the high-RPM range. Engineered to ensure smooth engine operation even at high RPMs, it is intended for use in high-load, high-revving environments such as circuit driving and drifting. It allows the SR20DET engine to rev more freely and enjoyably in the upper RPM range.
Only Japanese-made materials are used for the elbows and piping; specifically, we employ high-durability steel piping with a wall thickness of 3.5mm or greater. While we do not disclose specific details regarding the elbows and pipes to prevent imitation, the materials used are of the same high quality found in equipment at power plants, oil refineries, and chemical factories across Japan.
For the engine-side flange, rather than using off-the-shelf imported parts, we machine a custom-designed flange from solid stock based on 3D CAD data. Tapered machining matched to the exhaust port shape ensures smooth exhaust flow.
The turbine-side flange is a custom-made, 15mm-thick component, ensuring high resistance to heat-induced warping.
The 4-into-1 merge section features a "horn-type" collector design. While specific merge angles and design details remain proprietary, the configuration is the result of extensive prototyping, on-track testing, and dyno performance analysis.
Additionally, after welding, the internal weld beads at each flange connection are manually ground down to create a seamless, smooth exhaust passage.
This product is crafted by a skilled artisan holding multiple national and JIS welding certifications. With over a decade of experience welding large-scale industrial equipment—including oil refineries, power plants, and chemical factories—the fabricator meticulously handles every step of the manufacturing process personally.
